Brief History
Attacked by the Wesman when they invaded the east with the power
of the Witch Lords. Occupied it forcing the Julatsan council to summon
up the Arakhe to put up the Demonshroud. Wesman moved out after thinking
that the Raven were summoning dragons to get them. During the occupation
the heart of Julatsa was buried. This started to die and took a monumental
effort to raise when Xetesk decided they wanted to be the dominant
college and marched on Julatsa.
